Please note that no refunds or exchanges are accepted on orders as all items are tailored to individual customer requirements. If the product has arrived damaged or faulty please contact us at info@sewswish.com within 14days.

Please note that in no circumstances will we accept returned items which have been washed or worn. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of wear or washing then the item will be returned back to you and no refund issued.
